A list of foods that fight depression

Oatmeal-  Whole grains and fiber help stabilize blood sugar, trigger the release of serotonin, and make you less tired.

Fish, eggs, and milk-  Good sources of Vitamin D help curb depression.

Tea-  Reduces stress by lowering cortisol levels (stress hormones). Tea also contains antioxidants which lower risks of cardiovascular disease and cancer.
