The Detroit Department of Transportation (DDOT) is offering students easy and affordable transportation to school, work, and recreation at a low price of 75 cents per bus ride.
Students are required to first purchase the well valued $2 student bus card, and must be 18 years or younger.
The student bus card can be purchased at several locations including Central, East, Northwest, and Southwest Detroit District Neighborhood City Halls. They can also be purchased at the Rosa Parks Transit Center on 360 Michigan Ave. or the DDOT Administration Building on 18301 E. Warren in Detroit.
Students are also required to bring some form of identification. These may include proof of enrollment, a letter of current enrollment on a letterhead, a current school ID card, or a recent report card.

Central District Neighborhood City Hall Coleman A. Young Municipal Center 2 Woodward Avenue – Suite 106, Detroit 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Monday through Friday)
East District Neighborhood City Hall 7737 Kercheval, Detroit 9:00 am. – 5:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday)
Northwest District Neighborhood City Hall 19180 Grand River, Detroit 9:00 am. – 5:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday)
