    (WXYZ) –
In sworn testimony she said officers couldn’t get inside, they went and picked up the Mayor’s wife Carlita who had a key. She went inside and then trouble started according to what officers who were at the scene later told the dispatcher.
Cardenas gave the testimony to lawyer Norman Yatooma who is suing the city, Detroit Police and the former mayor on behalf of the children of dancer Tamara Green.
It is alleged she danced at a never proven party at the Manoogian Mansion in the fall of 2002 and its alleged the mayors wife assaulted her at the party. Months later Green was murdered in a drive by shooting and Yatooma claims the investigation into the death was for some reason blocked.
Cardenas says she knows nothing about that but does know that the 911 tapes from the reported distrubance at the manoogian mansion were removed the next day.
