It can be embarrassing to flunk the driving theory test several times.
But one British woman has failed the test 90 times with the last attempt in November last year, Daily Mail reported.
She also spent a whopping £2,790 (about S$5,700) just sitting for the rest, the newspaper reported.
The devastatingly poor results of the 26-year-old were revealed by the country’s Driving Standards Agency on a request to find the worst drivers in Britain.
The assessment is a multiple choice exam in which a person has to get at least 43 questions out of 50 correct within 57 minutes before going for the practical test, according to The Daily Mail.
Another would-be bad driver is a 39-year-old man from West Midlands who failed his 36th practical test several months ago.
The world record for the most number of theory tests taken is held by South Korean woman, Cha Sa-soon, who passed at her 950th attempt in November 2009.
Git Kaur Randhawa, of Middlesex in UK, holds the Guinness World Record for taking the most practical tests. She passed at her 48th attempt after more than 330 lessons in 1987, just weeks before her 50th birthday, said the Daily Mail.
