A new op-ed on The Root written by Sherrilyn Ifill talks about Wal-Mart’s victory over female workers in a gender discrimination lawsuit and the implications of the decision.

Did the Supreme Court tell Americans with this decision that the bigger a corporation is, the harder it will be defeat them in a case of this magnitude? Did they reject the notion of modern workplace bias?
