If Kanye West didn’t stir up controversy then he wouldn’t be, well, Kanye West.
The Good Music rapper recently received major backlash from the American Parkinson Disease Association over a lyric from his new album Yeezus.
The 50-year-old organization called out the 36-year-old for a reference to Parkinson’s Disease on his track titled “On Sight” — where he raps, “A monster about to come alive again / Soon as I pull up and park the Benz / We get this b**ch shaking like Parkinson’s.”
“We find these lyrics distasteful and the product of obvious ignorance, ” APDA VP Kathryn Whitford said in a statement.
According to TMZ, Ye’s camps has yet to respond to the uproar.
