(WXYZ) – The House wrapped up their special Saturday session with a late vote to pass the landmark health care overhaul bill.

It was a mostly partisan vote in the democratically-controlled house. Only one Republican voted for the bill.

220 members voted in favor of the reform bill. 218 voted were needed for it to pass.

Democrats and Republicans have been debating all day.

The special session began Saturday morning with a rare visit to Capitol Hill from President Obama.  The bill will now move to the Senate where it will face more hurdles.
